What is Vejii's same day service?

Same-Day service means your order will get shipped & delivered the same day you place the order! Here is how you qualify:

  • Available to residents of the following cities:
  • Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, White Rock, Delta, Pitt Meadows, Chilliwack
  • Simply place your order by 10 am (PST), and it will be delivered to you by 8 pm (PST) on regular business days. You will get a text when it’s on its way! Any orders placed after 10 am (PST) will ship the following business day.
  • This service is for Vejii Express products only at this time.
  • More locations are coming soon.

Where do you ship?
  • Currently, we ship to most areas in Canada.
What are your shipping costs?
  • Shop our Vejii Express items, spend $75 or more and shipping is free. Under $75 is a flat rate of $8.99.
  • Items added to your order that ship from our partners may be subject to an additional shipping cost.
Do all the products on your site come from Vejii?
  • At Vejii we carry a wide range of products. All of our Express items ship from our warehouse. All other items ship directly from our partners.
Will my order come in 1 shipment?
  • Vejii Express items are shipped from our warehouse and these items usually arrive in a single shipment. All other items can come from multiple warehouses through our partners and may arrive in separate shipments.
Is everything on your site vegan?
  • Yes, all the products on our site are vegan 🙂
How long will it take for my order to ship?
  • Our Vejii Express items ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.
  • Items from our partners ship from their warehouse within 3-7 business days
  • You can expect an e-mail confirmation from us with your tracking details as soon as we receive these details for each item.


  • In the event that unforeseen low stock levels or stock delivery issues arise, these scenarios can impact the overall delivery times however we do our best to prevent these scenarios from happening.
How do cold or frozen items get shipped and what materials are used?
  • Orders with cold or frozen items will be shipped with dry ice, ice or gel packs. Our warehouse team follows the appropriate protocol to ensure your order gets to you in the condition required.   • Recycling
    • It’s best to separate the inner insulating foam from the plastic shell prior to recycling. The outer plastic shell can be dropped off at plastic bags collection sites. The polyurethane foam pad may be recycled depending on recycling center.
  • Material:
    • Foam Liner can be re-used: Urethane and Exterior – Metalized Poly
  • Dry Ice / Gel Packs
    • Dry ice or gel packs are used to keep the product cold during transit
    • The gel packs used are toxic free and non hazardous. These are safe to drain in your sink.
My product arrived damaged or not in a satisfactory condition:

I got an email that my order was complete however I haven’t received my product?
  • Not to worry, we only mark your order complete when it’s been shipped out as this marks the completion of our role in the order. You would have also been emailed your tracking details at this stage.
Can I modify my order after it's submitted?
  • It depends on the product you ordered. Any product that comes from our warehouse can be easily modified however the product ordered from our vendors won’t allow us to modify an order once its submitted. Can I change the shipping name or location of where this item is being sent after it has been sent?
  • Typically once an order is out with a courier, we don’t have the ability to make these adjustments however our Customer Service team is always here to support and double-check if there are any options we have for you. Click here to visit our Customer Service page. 
I placed an order, why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
  • We always send you a confirmation email right after you place an order. Please make sure you gave us the correct email. Additionally, please also check that our email didn’t go to your junk folder. We always encourage customers to mark us as a safe sender so there are no issues in getting our emails. I signed up for your promotion, why didn’t I get the details by email?

I’m having issues logging into my account on your website, how do I fix this?
How can I pay?
  • At checkout, you can pay using our secure credit card payment option, paypal or googlepay.
Do I have to have a subscription or membership to order from your site?
  • No, the profile you create doesn’t require a subscription or membership. When you order a product from us you get points each time that gets added to your profile! Every 100 points you get = $1 towards your next order.
How do your points work?
Create an account and you’re automatically enrolled into the Vejii Bucks Loyalty Program. Here’s how it works:
  • Earn 1 Vejii Reward points for every $1 you spend. For example, spend $100 and earn 100 points.  Redeem points for discounts on future purchases.

Redemption Details:

  • 100 points = $1
  • 200 points = $2
  • 500 points = $5
  • 1000 points = $10
Do you have gift cards?
  • Yes, we are happy to confirm that we do offer gift cards. These are eco-friendly and will go straight to a recipient of your choice’s inbox with a message of your choice.
